Dragon Tattoo Trilogy
2010, Thriller, 6 episodes

After shamelessly ignoring it for so long, I finally decided to watch this clever trilogy on Netflix. The Dragon Tattoo Trilogy. The Swedish version. Lisbeth Salander did not come across as a character I would relate to at first, but as I kept watching I was mesmerized by her more and more. That spiked serious and strong computer hacker made me proud I was a female! Her brilliant fingers clicking deeper into people's lives. It's really fascinating. I was unintentionally imagining I was her. Six episodes of good fulfilling thriller injected straight to my soul and it's just what I needed. The ironic thing is that my aunt, who came to visit me in New York a month ago, mentioned that trilogy to me, that it's good and I'd love it. I loudly declared it wasn't my thing. That I had quit enough with those tough cool chicks acting like they don't give a shit about anything. Boy, was I proven wrong! Au contraire! This is a story about a girl who struggled ever since she was little and became what she's become 'cause of upper ranked corruption and violation. Tonight I finished watching the last episode. A little sad it's over. Good thing I still have some nails left on my fingers.
NJUTA!
